Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30 day returns policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the Netherlands, it may take longer for your goods to be shipped.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem. Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
