You will receive a notification as soon as your goods are on their way. Shipping charges may apply depending on your location. Once your package is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification.
Packages are typically prepared for shipment within 0-1 business days (processing time), depending on item availability and successful credit check. Delivery usually takes 1 to 5 working days. We currently only ship within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.
Damage and problems:

Please check your order carefully upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve and correct the problem.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return shipment. You will be notified whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
